Return Policy

  • If an item doesn't meet your expectations upon delivery or pickup, and the delivery team is still on site, we will issue a store credit for items in original condition.
  • Appliances have a 1-day satisfaction period and incase of electric/mechanical problem, you need to inform us on same day.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Gift cards
    • Liquidation Section items
    • Last Chance and Handyman Collections
    • Single items from bundles
    • Assembled items
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • For returns, email wanyara.ca@gmail.com with your order number, name, and contact information.
  • Refund options:
    • Store credit for unsatisfactory items
    • Full refund if items are damaged during delivery

Pricing Errors

While we strive to ensure accurate pricing on our website, errors may occur. If a product is listed at $0 due to a manifest system error, this price is deemed a mistake, and any associated purchase will not constitute a valid contract. Under Quebec law, consent may be vitiated by error, particularly if it is obvious or relates to the nature of the contract or the object of the prestation.

By agreeing to our terms and conditions during checkout, you acknowledge and accept that:

    1. Pricing errors may occur, and no contract is formed when a pricing error is evident.
    2. The seller reserves the right to void such transactions and cancel any associated orders.
