  • Not at all! These are brand-new items from major furniture brands that cannot be sold at full retail price due to open packaging, minor cosmetic imperfections, or shipping errors. They have never been lived with or used in a home.


  • These vary by piece. It could be a small scratch on a leg, a crushed exterior box, or a slight color variation from the manufacturer. We meticulously inspect every item so you know exactly what you’re getting.


  • Every item undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our team in Montreal. We ensure that all hardware is present and that the structural integrity of the piece is 100% sound before it reaches our floor.


  • To keep our prices at a 25–70% discount, our model is currently pickup only from our Montreal location. Please ensure you bring a vehicle large enough to transport your new find!


  • We source items that retailers can’t sell due to logistical hiccups (like a customer ordering the wrong size or a box getting dented). We pass those massive savings directly to you.
